VILLA AMISTAD
This complete renovation project involved reimagining a beautifully located yet stylistically outdated property. Surrounded by 360° panoramic views, we began by opening up the living areas and expanding the glazing. A sleek infinity pool now extends from the living room, offering sweeping sea views. We preserved a small wooden outbuilding and transformed it into a minimalist, beach-house style bungalow. Designed for short-term rentals, the property now features three separate living units in a fresh, modern Mediterranean style.
VILLA DOLCE VITA
Our task in this project was to fully furnish a newly renovated five-bedroom villa. With its well-designed layout and refined execution, working on this home was a true pleasure. We continued the existing minimalist style, enriching it with subtle elegance. Since the villa was intended for sale, we prioritized a universally appealing aesthetic over personalized design. The aim was to emphasize a premium atmosphere while maintaining a balanced, cost-effective approach.
EL COTO APARTMENT
Originally a large four-bedroom apartment with many small, outdated rooms, this property was completely restructured. By combining one of the bedrooms with the small living area and hallway, we created a spacious, open-plan social zone with a modern kitchen. The former kitchen was converted into a new master bedroom, allowing us to retain the four-bedroom layout. The two bathrooms were renovated with stylish, modern finishes, resulting in a highly functional and comfortable home.
TORRENUEVA DUPLEX
In this two-level beachfront duplex, we created an elegant, Scandinavian-inspired holiday home perfect for a family to enjoy
the summer. The ground floor was opened up into a light-filled kitchen, dining, and living area. A guest toilet was cleverly placed beneath the stairs for convenience. Upstairs, we added an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub to the master bedroom, where residents can soak in panoramic sea views. The main bathroom was also modernized with full-width mirrors to maximize the sense of space.
BUENO APARTMENT
This full renovation transformed a severely deteriorated flat into a functional and attractive home. By opening up the tiny living room, kitchen, and hallway, we created a bright and airy layout enhanced by wide terrace doors. The laundry room was repurposed into a second bathroom, while the original bathroom was updated with clean, contemporary styling. Thanks to smart layout decisions and creative solutions, we preserved the three-bedroom configuration — a rare achievement in just 62 m². Minimalist forms and visual tricks further enhance the spacious feel of this compact, comfortable apartment.
